How to make it

  • Make sandwiches with two crackers and approx. a teaspoon of the PB. I use a spoon to drop a gob on each cracker center,then press lightly to spread to edges of cracker.
  • Melt chocolate in ceramic bowl,on high heat for approx 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
  • Stir chocolate well with clean dry fork until smooth. Make sure the chocolate does NOT come into contact with water,or it will become unusable for dipping!
  • Dip crackers resting on fork one at a time in bowl of coating,bouncing each cracker lightly on surface of melted coating. This pulls off any extra chocolate,and will take some time to learn.
  • Let cookies dry till chocolate is set.
  • Pack in a container and store in a cool dry place.
  • Yield about 24 cookie sandwiches.
