Salmon fish Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Crumble crackers real well,
  • Beat eggs in medium bowl
  • mix together Salmon Eggs and crrackers add dash salt and pepper
  • I sometimes add touch Tabasco sauce to mine{Just my preference}
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
  • Make fish in to patties, put in skillet fry till brown on both sides
  • Serve with hush puppies
