How to make it

  • Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate the salmon in a zip-top plastic bag for 4 hours in the refrigerator, being sure to squeeze all the air out of the bag before sealing.
  • Prepare you smoker - I used applewood chips - and smoke the fish skin side down until flaky and still moist. The recipe says 60-90 minutes, but I didn't time it, just took it off when it was perfect. YUM!
