Smoked Salmon

- 1/2 c. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c. oljve oil shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 T. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 lemon, quartered shopping list
- 4 skin-on, salmon filets shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate the salmon in a zip-top plastic bag for 4 hours in the refrigerator, being sure to squeeze all the air out of the bag before sealing.
- Prepare you smoker - I used applewood chips - and smoke the fish skin side down until flaky and still moist. The recipe says 60-90 minutes, but I didn't time it, just took it off when it was perfect. YUM!
