Fat Pie

Oreo cookies and vanilla ice cream, layered with 2 or 3 other ingredients, some people call this Mud Pie. Fat Pie is more appropriate in my opinion.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Oreo cookies shopping list
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream shopping list
- at least a 16 oz can or bottle Hershey's syrup shopping list
- 16 oz Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble into pieces 2/3 pkg of cookies into bottom of a cake pan. Stir in melted butter or margarine and press to form a crust.
- Spoon softened vanilla ice cream over the "crust."
- Cover the ice cream with as much chocolate syrup as you want.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/3 pkg of crushed Oreos on top.
- Freeze at least 1 hour or until firm.
