Oven Roasted Chicken In A Thin Cream Gravy

- 4 chicken breasts ->>>>>>>>>>>>> I buy the ones with skin on and bone in cause its cheaper, and once I wash them and make sure they are clean I try and cut the breat bone out save them for making ckicken stock at a later time shopping list
- 1 can milk 2% shopping list
- 1 can cream chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can cream corn shopping list
- 2 tps nutmeg shopping list
- 3 tps salt & pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tps garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tps celery seed - crushed (you can use the back of a teasppon and a small dish to crush the seed) shopping list
- 1 small white onion diced shopping list
- 2 tbs butter/ or margerin shopping list
- 1/2 tps paperkia shopping list
How to make it
- pre heat oven to 400
- take cleaned chicken breats and lay them on a broiling pan or roasting dish
- Use all the nutmeg on the chicken and 1 tps of salt & pepper and paperkia
- Bake chicken untill cooked
- once cooked take out and place to the side
- kepp the drippings to use in woth the gravy
- In a pot melt the butter
- add onion
- cook untill soft
- add the cream chciken soup and can milk abring to a boil
- once boiling turn down to med heat and add the remaing ingredents now add the chicken drippins and bring back to a boil
