How to make it

  • In a frying pan, add oil and tomatoe, bell peppers and onion, stir to combined, add sweet and sour sauce, stir to coated. Add pineapple, stir to combined for about 2-3 min or until vegetable is tender. (don't over cook the vegetable). Add fried fish and stir to coated. When done, pour into serving plate, top with green onion and it's ready to serve hot with Jasmine rice.
