Crab In Spicy Curry

- 1 c. crab cut into 4's, cooked, depending on how big of a pieces you want. shopping list
- 1/2 c. fresh red chili pepper, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 c. kiffir lime leaves, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 c. kar-chai, same family as ginger( ginger can be use for sub.) shopping list
- 1 c. Asian long green bean, cut in 1/2 inch pieces shopping list
- 1/4 c. walnut, crushed shopping list
- deep fried parsey leaves for garnish shopping list
- 2 tbsp. red curry paste shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. white soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. fish sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. suger shopping list
- pinch of msg (optional) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a frying pan, add oil and curry paste, stir to cook for 2-3 min. Add greem bean and kachai and kiffir lime leaves, stir to coated 2-3 min. Water can be added at this time if it's dry. Add sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster, mix well until combined. Add walnut and chili pepper, stir well. Add crab, stir to combined. Pour into serving plate, top with fried parsey leaves and it's ready to serve. Best serve hot. Enjoy!!
