How to make it

  • In a frying pan, add oil and curry paste, stir to cook for 2-3 min. Add greem bean and kachai and kiffir lime leaves, stir to coated 2-3 min. Water can be added at this time if it's dry. Add sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster, mix well until combined. Add walnut and chili pepper, stir well. Add crab, stir to combined. Pour into serving plate, top with fried parsey leaves and it's ready to serve. Best serve hot. Enjoy!!
