How to make it

  • In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Add water and cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400* for 30-35 minutes.
