Perfect Boiled Shrimp

- 1 lb shell-on large shrimp shopping list
- water to cover shopping list
- 1-2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put the shrimp in cold water and bring to 165 '. Keep at that temperature for 3-5 mins. Less time for smaller,a little more for jumbo. Plunge into ice water with salt added. Ket sit a couple of minutes to cool down. Drain,dry and serve or put in rfrigerator!
