"spanglish" Sandwich Recipe

How to make it

  • Toast bread. Set cheese on 1 piece of toast. Spread mayo on other slice of toast, then top with bacon, tomato & lettuce. In small skillet, melt butter & fry egg over moderate heat, turning once. The egg should be crisp around the edges, but the yolk should still be runny. Slide egg onto lettuce, close the sandwich & eat right away.
