Apple Coleslaw

Very tasty mixture. Goes very well served with pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. Quick to put together but prep time does not include refrigerating overnight.
Ingredients
- 1 pound coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, julienned shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat well. Refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with extra apple pie spice filling before serving.
