Firecracker Pasta Salad

- 13.5 oz Whole Wheat Rotini shopping list
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced shopping list
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 12 oz BBQ ham, beef or chicken, diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup barbeque sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup scallions, minced shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list

- 1 cup red pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 cup english cucumber, sliced crosswise then quatered shopping list
- 6 - 8 green onions siced with green parts shopping list
- 1 tbs mesquite liquid smoke shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup honey barbeque sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup shredded 5 cheese blend shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the Rotini according to package directions. When pasta is "al dente", drain in colander
- Rinse pasta with cold wter untill cool to the touch. Drain well.
- Put pasta in large mixing bowl and add onions, pepper and meat (or cuke) and toss.
- Next mix in all remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Chill. Sprinkle with scallions (or more cheese) and serve.
