How to make it

  • Bring three quarts of salted water to the boil.
  • Add tortellini and vegetables to boiling water,stir.
  • cook to package directions,about 7 to 10 minutes (DON'Tover cook!)
  • Drain in collander and run cold water over pasta and veggies.
  • After drained well,pour into large salad bowl,and toss with about three quarters of the Italian dressing,stir.
  • Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Refridgerate if seved cold,also good served warm after 20 minutes standing time.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
