I invented these burgers that are moist with tomato and mushroom, and fragrant with basil and rosemary. Leftovers are fantastic in spaghetti sauce. More of my original recipes are on my website rozmena.wordpress.com

Ingredients

1 lb lean hamburger shopping list
¼ cup diced basil shopping list
¼ cup diced onion shopping list
2 large mushrooms, diced shopping list
1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
½ large Roma tomato, diced (¼ cup) shopping list
1/8 tsp. minced rosemary (about 3 needles) shopping list
½ tsp salt shopping list
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (several shakes) shopping list
3 grinds of black pepper shopping list

How to make it

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Form 4 patties.
Grill on medium-high until desired doneness. See Photo
