How to make it

  • 1. Use a shallow glass cake pan and melt butter on bottom in microwave.
  • 2. Peel and slice potatoes to fill pan. Slice onions and mix with potatoes.
  • 3. Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with sour cream and mix into potato mixture.
  • 4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Season with garlic powder, season salt and pepper.
  • 5. Bake uncovered at 350 until potatoes are cooked through – at least one hour. Serve
