How to make it

  • Sift the pancake mix and soy drink powder into a bowl
  • Add flaxseed and mix
  • Beat egg in a separate bowl, add water and beat
  • Stir all ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • Heat pan then pour in batter to cover the bottom pan
  • Turn over when bubbles are all over and jelly like
  • Drizzle some Maple syrup onto a warm plate
  • Place pancake on the plate
  • Spread the yogurt, add the grated apple, drizzle a little more Maple syrup
  • Fold pancake and drizzle a little more Maple syrup over the top if you like it sweet. Enjoy :)

    I am very new to cooking with a Type A blood factor.
    I see you use soy powder in this recipe...does it need it, or is it just for the protein? (I don't tolorate soy well)
