How to make it

  • Peel and boil the potatoes at least 10 minutes. Don't overboil
  • Chop the kale very finely and boil 10-15 minutes.
  • Bring about an inch or two of water to boil in a frying pan and add the Farmers's Sausage. Remove when hot.
  • Fry the bacon in the pan and remove from pan.
  • Slice the sausage into four servings lengthwise and fry.
  • Fry the chopped onions and make a gravy.
  • Mash the potatoes well. You can use a food processor.
  • Add the cooked Kale and bacon bits and mix well.
  • Serve the potato/kale mix in the center of the plate scooping out a bit to make a well. Fill with gravy
  • Serve with the Farmer's sausage.
