Dutch Kale And Potatoes With Farmers Sausage

                    - 1 kilogram of mashing potatoes shopping list
- 500 grams finely chopped, cooked kale shopping list
- 3 slices of bacon, cut up into small pieces and fryed shopping list
- 1 Farmer's sausage or chorizo or any smoked sausage. shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Peel and boil the potatoes at least 10 minutes. Don't overboil
- Chop the kale very finely and boil 10-15 minutes.
- Bring about an inch or two of water to boil in a frying pan and add the Farmers's Sausage. Remove when hot.
- Fry the bacon in the pan and remove from pan.
- Slice the sausage into four servings lengthwise and fry.
- Fry the chopped onions and make a gravy.
- Mash the potatoes well. You can use a food processor.
- Add the cooked Kale and bacon bits and mix well.
- Serve the potato/kale mix in the center of the plate scooping out a bit to make a well. Fill with gravy
- Serve with the Farmer's sausage.
