How to make it

  • Mince the Game and the Ham or Bacon.
  • Mix thorughly with the Cayenne Pepper, Chutney, Olives and Game Gravy, and 1 dessertspoon of the beaten Egg.
  • Form the mixture into 12 balls and roll them first in the remaining beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Gently fry in shallow oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with a crispy side salad.
