How to make it

  • Boil the rice nicely.
  • In a microwave safe deep pan, Mix these --> oil, all vegetables (cut to cubes), onions, baby corn (cut to quater inch pieces), ajinomoto.
  • At high power, keep the pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Add pepper powder, soy sauce, the boiled rice and salt. Keep it in the oven for 7 minutes (or long enough so that the rice is flavory).
  • Add very few drops of vinegar after taking out from the oven.
  • Serve the rice after 3 minutes for vinegar to settle.
