Chinese Veg Fried Rice

- Rice - 1 cup shopping list
- Onions - 1 shopping list
- Green Capsicum - 1 shopping list
- Carrot - 2 shopping list
- Beans - 10 shopping list
- Baby corn - 3 shopping list
- Ajinomoto (Chinese salt) - a pinch (optional) shopping list
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp shopping list
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp shopping list
- Vinegar - few drops shopping list
- Oil - 3 tsp shopping list
- Salt - as required shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the rice nicely.
- In a microwave safe deep pan, Mix these --> oil, all vegetables (cut to cubes), onions, baby corn (cut to quater inch pieces), ajinomoto.
- At high power, keep the pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Add pepper powder, soy sauce, the boiled rice and salt. Keep it in the oven for 7 minutes (or long enough so that the rice is flavory).
- Add very few drops of vinegar after taking out from the oven.
- Serve the rice after 3 minutes for vinegar to settle.
Boiled rice (prefer Basmati rice, you can get them at Indian grocery stores)
