How to make it

  • Mix flour,baking powder and spices in a bowl.
  • Dip the chicken in the egg, dredge it to the coating, back to the egg and to the coating again. Pan fry.
  • Cut chicken into strips. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Cook garlic until golden brown.
  • Add onion, ginger and bell pepper until onion becomes translucent.
  • Add ham.
  • Add honey, mango puree, Dijon mustard and water. Simmer until almost half of liquid is reduced.
  • Add cream and simmer for a few minutes, just until you see the sides boiling.
  • Add cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly. Turn off heat when the sauce is thicker.
  • Stir in pasta, chicken and nuts. Top with grated cheese.
