How to make it

  • Place wok on medium heat, and cook carrots in oil until tender.
  • Add broth and heat to boil. Add the rest of ingredients except peas and green onions, stir it all up really good.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover with lid, and cook 15-20 minutes, or until done. (closer to 20 min. for me)
  • At the very end, stir in your peas and green onions, Season with pepper. Serve hot.
