Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven for 350 degrees.
  • Heat up the lard, or oil, in a skillet.
  • Beat the eggs in a large bowl .
  • In a separate bowl mix together bread crumbs, about a tbsp of oregano and ginger.
  • Salt the chops, dip them in the egg, then evenly coat them with the bread crumbs.
  • Next put the chops on the skillet, add only two at a time, so they brown evenly. You don't want to fully cook the pork, you just want to give them a nice toasty color and seal the juice in. So keep them on the skillet for about three minutes on each side, with the flame medium high.
  • Next, take a large baking sheet and spray it with pam, then lay the pork chops on it, and put in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. The core temperature of the meat should be at 160.
  • And finally, enjoy!!
