Corn Bread

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup cornmeal shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sugar or 1 1/2 tsp honey shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour and cornmeal together. Add the baking powder and stir well.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar or honey with the egg, milk and melted butter.
- Gradually add the cornmeal mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.
- In a greased and lightly floured loaf pan, pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden.
