Spicy Soy Cookies

- 1 cup Gluten Free SR Flour shopping list
- 1/4 small teaspoon ground Hot Chillies shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Iodised Salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dry soy drink powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry Soy Protein soaked in 3/4 cup hot water (set aside until cooled) shopping list
- 1 Wholegrain Mustard shopping list
- 3 tablespoons Peanut oil or similar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients
- Add the Mustard and Cheese
- Add the Soy mix and stir until dry ingredients are moistened
- Spread the dough and flatten to 1/2 inch thick onto an oiled shallow baking tray for a texured look or roll the dough out for smooth cookies.
- Bake in oven 420 deg for 15-20 mins until just colored.
