Brownie Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup mik shopping list
- 2 tbs butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For pudding, combine all ingredients in medium bowl; pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. For topping, combine sugar and cocoa in small bowl. Gradually stir in boiling water.
- Pour over pudding. Do not stir. Bake 45 minutes.
- Topping will sink and pudding will rise to the top. Serve topped with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
