Sour Cream Blueberry Sugared Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • mix the wet ingredients and set aside.
  • mix the dry ingredients
  • mix the wet and the dry ingredients together. do not over mix.
  • add the blueberries(if frozen, do not thaw)
  • sprinkle the raspberry sugar or orange sugar over batter
  • bake at 400 for app 20 minutes.
  • they freeze beautifully.

    the raspberry, orange,etc sugars are found in kitchen shops. they usually are around the coffee. they are in a round jar with holes on top and is divided into sections. there is more than one flavor in this jar. these sugars are great on top of sugar cookies. i also make my own vanilla sugar using a vanilla bean and sugar.
