How to make it

  • Add salt,1/2 tsp oil and water to the flour and make it as firm dough.
  • Knead till smooth. leave it for half hour.
  • After half hour knead it again.
  • Divide this into small balls and roll it as thick rounds.
  • heat oil in the sausepan.fry the poori one at a time.
  • Hold them under the oil on the first side untill they puff.
  • Turn and fry till light brown,drain.
  • Serve hot with raita or potato curry or with spicy gravy
