Cocoa Pink Cuplets

- 2 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 ¼ Cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 Cup shortening shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon Soda shopping list
- 1 Cup Cold water shopping list
- chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour, cocoa and salt; set aside.
- Combine 1 Cup Cold Water and soda; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl blend shortening and sugar; add eggs and vanilla and cream well.
- Add wet and dry ingredients alternately.
- Put batter into paper-lined cupcake pans and sprinkle chocolate chips on each; as much as you think look good. We used 10 chips per cupcake.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-2 minutes.
- No need to frost.
