How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius
  • Mix all ingredients together (note- mix will be rather stiff)
  • Cook in a greased tin- ring is best, but any really will do- for 35-40 mins
  • When cooked, cover with a cloth until the cake is cooled.
  • Ice cake with tart lemon icing.

    Had to go look up sultana. Noticed you use them quite a bit and didn't know what it was. Apparently a type of raisen.
