Coffee Spumoni

Too darn many ice cream favorites, but could not leave the Italians spumonis out. Italian restaurants use to serve these as a dessert, but no more. Sad day of affairs that what was RIGHT WITH THE WORLD has gone wrong, because of the INSANITY of the Illuminati's GREED AND AVARICE.
Ingredients
- 1 gallon coffee ice cream shopping list
- 1 cup Broken pecans shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 Dozen almond macaroons; crumbled shopping list
- Whipping cream; whipped shopping list
- pecan halves shopping list
- ¼ cup bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- Let ice cream soften.
- Toast pecans lightly in butter.
- Butter two 9x9-inch pans. Sprinkle crumbs in each pan, reserving some for topping.
- Mix bourbon into ice cream. Spread half the ice cream over crumbs.
- Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
- Spread remaining ice cream over pecans & sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Freeze. Cut into squares to serve & top each serving with whipped cream & a pecan half.
