Corn, Black Bean, And Avocado Salad

This is a recipe from my friend Emily that I've just fiddled with a bit. It's uber easy, cheap, fresh, delicious, and healthy.
Ingredients
- 2lb frozen organic corn kernels, thawed in cold water shopping list
- 15 oz. can organic black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1/2 large red onion, diced shopping list
- 1 large red pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 large green pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 medium bunch cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 2 avocado, skinned and chopped shopping list
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 3 tb. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and dice all above ingredients as indicated.
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Chill if desired before serving.
- That's it!
