How to make it

  • boil the shark meat in plain water for about 20 minutes
  • allow to cool
  • remove the skin
  • crumble the flesh and squeeze to remove excess water
  • add all the ingredients except the lemon juice and oil
  • mix well
  • in a heavy based pan heat the oil, add the shark meat and stir fry for good few minutes.
  • add the lemon juice
  • more salt or chili may be added according to taste
  • serve with warm rice as a main dish or as a side dish
  • no one will know its shark meat!!!!
  • enjoy

    I had grilled shark once and thought it tasted more like a steak. It was really good. I wish someone still sold shark around here but no one does.
