Sesame Salmon

- marinade for 4 shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Japanese soy sauce shopping list
- 1 ½ Tablespoons brown rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 ¼ lbs salmon cleaned and portioned shopping list
- (Garnish) shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 green onion thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- To make the marinade
- Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice and ginger in a bowl and Wisk to blend.
- Place salmon in non reactive container and pour marinade over them, refrigerate 1 hour.
- Bake the salmon and pour the marinade into a sauce pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
- Baste salmon with marinade while cooking.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on when almost done.
- Garnish salmon with sliced green onion
