  • To make the marinade
  • Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice and ginger in a bowl and Wisk to blend.
  • Place salmon in non reactive container and pour marinade over them, refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Bake the salmon and pour the marinade into a sauce pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
  • Baste salmon with marinade while cooking.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on when almost done.
  • Garnish salmon with sliced green onion
