Honey Mustard Steaks With Grilled Onions

- 4 boneless beef top loin steaks, cut 1 shopping list
- inch thick shopping list
- 1/3 c. Dijon-style mustard, shopping list
- coarse-grain shopping list
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey shopping list
- 1 tbsp. each cider vinegar and water shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. coarse grind black pepper shopping list
- 1 lg. onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick shopping list

How to make it
- Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper. Place steaks and onions on grid over medium coals*; brush both with glaze. Grill 9 to 12 minutes for rare (140 degrees) to medium (160 degrees), turning once and brushing with glaze. Recipe may be prepared using boneless beef top sirloin steak or rib eye steaks cut 1 inch thick.
