How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix together equal parts of the ingredients. In a shallow dish marinate your choice of meat: chicken/beef/fish (salmon is great with this) for at least one hour in refrigerator. Meat may then be cooked either on a grill or in a saute pan. If you choose to cook in a saute pan, add equal parts olive oil and butter (approx. 1tbsp of each) over a medium heat, add pieces of meat, then slowly pour the liquid marinade into the pan, and cook uncovered on each side until done.
