How to make it

  • 1. Cook Noodles as directed in water with salt added. When they are done to your perfection drain them but do not rinse.
  • 2. Place Butter, Crushed Garlic and onion to the pot you cooked your noodles in, once it simmers down add the wine (it will look purple but that’s ok).
  • 3. Add Soup, Cream Cheese, and Milk to the Garlic mixture and stir till it thickens.
  • 4. Add Pepper, Cayenne and Salt as needed for taste.
  • 5. Add both cans of Albacore and break it up while you are stirring because it will be in chunks.
  • 6. Add the Pimento, Peas (corn is optional) and 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese and stir.
  • 7. Add Noodles to the mix and stir it all together.
  • 8. Place in a 13 x9 casserole dish.
  • 9. Add the remaining ½ cup of Cheese on top.
  • 10. Bake at 350’ for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy!

    I think this is the best Tuna Casserole recipe I have seen. It does sound very creamy.
