How to make it

  • 1. beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • 2.then low the beater and gradually add the suger tbsp by tbsp.
  • 3.after it is well mixed add the vanilla, vinegar and the cornflour and fold them in with a spoon.
  • 4.get the baking tray and over the grease proof paper draw a round big circle with a big bowl or a plate.
  • 5.and with a large spoon put the mixture in the round area.
  • 6.bake it in the oven for about 45 mins
  • or until u think it is cooked.
  • 7.take it out and top it with some cream
