How to make it

  • Remove seeds and finely chop Jalapenos.
  • Brown sausage.
  • Mix in Cream Cheese and Jalapenos.
  • Unwrap and separate crescent rolls, fill with sausage mixture and pull up sides of crescents to form a ball.
  • Back 375 for 10-15 Min.

    Ophidiophobes would not fear of par-taking of this unusal recipe.
    Altou the Rattlesnake Hunt is over in my birth State for this year,this would have been an unique item on the table to celebrate such an event.
