How to make it

  • Drizzle oil on bottom of baking dish
  • Spread one layer of sliced squash over oil
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle on feta cheese
  • Top with onion and garlic
  • Add another layer of squash
  • Add layer of white cheddar pieces
  • Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Add as many layers of the veggie and cheese as you like, depending on how much you are wanting to make
  • Top with thin layer of breadcrumbs
  • Add chips of butter and a drizzle of olive oil to top
  • Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, until brown and bubbly!
