How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients (except fish) in small saucepan.
  • Cook over med heat until sugar disolves.
  • Coat halibut with sauce and place skinside down on med/high grill.
  • Grill 6-10 mins (depending on thickness) basting frequently.

    Wish I could get halibut like you do! $15-$17 a lb. here. This sounds great - maybe on my hubby's salmon?????????
