Onion Tart

- Three tablespoons of butter shopping list
- One pound of onions shopping list
- Three eggs shopping list
- Two tablespoons of dry sherry shopping list
- 3/4 cup of heavy cream shopping list
- One deep dish unbaked pie shell shopping list
- One cup of grated parm cheese shopping list
- One cup of swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions in butter until brown. Add two tablespoons of sherry. Cook till evaporated. Place in pie shell. Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour over onions. Bake at 375 for half an hour, or until golden.
