Prosciutto Breadsticks Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375' Line large baking sheet with foil;coat with cooking spray. In small bowl,combine fennel seed and pepper. On large cutting board,unroll breadstick dough;seperate into 12 strips.
  • Cut each prosciutto slice lengthwise into 4 strips. Place 2 strips prosciutto on top of eachbreadstick to cover;press gently.
  • Twist each breadstick in spiral; place on baking sheet. Brush breadsticks with egg. Sprinkle with fennel mixture.
  • Bake 12-15 mins or till golden brown.

    My daughter loves breadsticks, and bacon. I think I will give this a try. She is a picky eater.
