Moist And Fudgy Brownies
From nhmomma 13 years agoIngredients
- 3/4 Cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons canola oil shopping list
- 8 ounces butter (salted) shopping list
- 2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup All Purpose flour shopping list
- 4 Large eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups chocolate chips or nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium sized mixing bowl melt the butter over low heat on your stove top. Be careful to stir constantly so that you don't burn the bottom of your bowl or the butter.
- Add your oil, sugar and cocoa powder to the bowl and stir until well blended.
- Add your eggs one at a time and stir well after each addition.
- Add the vanilla and salt and stir well.
- Add the flour and stir well...but not too much! You don't want to overblend.
- Blend in your chocolate chips and/or nuts.
- Pour your mixture into a 9 X 13 pan (spray with non stick cooking spray if you would like...I usually don't and they come out fine).
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes. The center will feel firm yet have some play to it. If you over bake they will not be moist and fudgy anymore!!!
- Cool completely (or not...) and enjoy!
