How to make it

  • In food processor, place chick peas, lemon juice, oil,
  • & garlic
  • Cover; prosess 1-2 minutes or until smooth
  • Add roasted peppers; proceess 30-60 seconds or until pepper are
  • finely chopped.
  • Place in serving bowl
  • Sprinkle with parsley
  • Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve
  • Serve with pita chips
  • If a food processor is not available, mash the chip peas
  • with fork. The mixture may be slightly lumpy, but the texture does
  • not interfer with the flavor
