Tuna-pepper Panini

- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna in spring water, drained shopping list
- 1 small apple, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped, unsalted cashews shopping list
- 1/4 cup canned, roasted red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise shopping list
- 4 panini or hard rolls shopping list
- 2 cups watercress shopping list
How to make it
- reparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes
- Preparation:
- In a medium bowl combine tuna, apple, yellow bell pepper and cashews. Separately blend roasted red pepper and mayonnaise in a blender; add to tuna mixture. Toss lightly. Divide tuna mixture and spread on four panini. Top with watercress. Serve.
