Peanut Butter Tassies

- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 3-Oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice concentrate shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup peanut butter chips, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the butter, cream cheese, and the flour together.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Roll into 24 one-inch balls.
- Place the balls into the greased mini muffin cups.
- Press the dough up the sides and on the bottom on each mini muffin cup.
- Set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients.
- Fill each dough cup 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Makes 2 dozen
