Pakistani Ice Cream(kulfi)

this is an ice cream that is made without using an ice cream maker....this is an easy, quick, and tasty recipe that you will love........this is served with pakistani sweet rice or eat it alone..its too good!!
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk, room temp shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk, room temp shopping list
- 2 cups whipped cream(you can make your own whipped cream or buy it from the store) shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold shopping list
- nuts to decorate, optional shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- fresh fruits, optional shopping list
How to make it
- in a large bowl, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
- now fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
- if you want to use any fresh fruits, add then last with the whipped cream.
- add the mixture in popstickle container and put them in the freezer over night or atleast 6 hours
- just before serving, roll the ice cream in nuts.
