How to make it

  • 1. Cut chicken into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, & garlic salt; set aside
  • 3. In mixing bowl, mix water, soy sauce, sherry, corn syrup, vinegar, cornstarch & ginger, set aside
  • 4. Saute green pepper & onion for 5 minutes over medium/high heat; set aside
  • 5. Saute chicken over medium heat until done, then add vegetables & sauce mixture. Stir constantly, when sauce thickens you are done!
