Grilled Lamb Chops With Ladolmono Sauce(Olive Oil And Lemon Dressing)

- Lamb; shopping list
- 12 lamb rib chops(about 3 lbs) shopping list
- 2 TB chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 TB chopped mint shopping list
- Ladolemono Sauce: shopping list
- 1/2 c olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
- 1 pinch pepper shopping list
- Chopped garlic ,to taste,if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Drizzle lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat till nicely charred outside and med-rare within,2 to 3 mins per side. Transfer chops to platter and drizzle with Ladolemomo. Sprinkle with parsley and mint and serve. Great with stuffed tomatoes
- Ladolemomo: In a small jar with tight lid,combine olive oil,lemon juice,oregano,salt and pepper and garlic,if desired. Seal and shake till well blended. Use to brush on meats,chicken,fish,vegetables or as a salad dressing. Shake or stir before using.
