How to make it

  • Drizzle lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat till nicely charred outside and med-rare within,2 to 3 mins per side. Transfer chops to platter and drizzle with Ladolemomo. Sprinkle with parsley and mint and serve. Great with stuffed tomatoes
  • Ladolemomo: In a small jar with tight lid,combine olive oil,lemon juice,oregano,salt and pepper and garlic,if desired. Seal and shake till well blended. Use to brush on meats,chicken,fish,vegetables or as a salad dressing. Shake or stir before using.
