How to make it

  • mix the two soup powders together
  • place the chicken pieces in an oven proof
  • rub the soup mixtures on the chicken pieces to coat nicely
  • pour the stock around the chicken pieces
  • drop the butter, garlic, ginger and batch of herbs in the stock
  • place in a medium heat oven and bake covered (use foil) for 40 minutes
  • after 40 minutes remove cover and bask chicken pieces with the sauce
  • allow to bake for 10 minutes
  • remove from heat , add pepper and salt if desired
  • serve with French bread to mop up the nice sauce
  • enjoy
